1. Ordering: To place an order on our website, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid shipping address within the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland.
2. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
3. Shipping: We will ship your tree within 3-7 business days of receiving your order, unless by arrangement your delivery requires a longer lead time, which will be communicated to you. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
4. Returns: We do not accept returns on live trees. If you receive a damaged tree, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the tree and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
5. Warranty: We guarantee that your tree will be healthy and true to species upon arrival. We cannot guarantee growth or survival of the tree once it has been planted.
6. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale of our products.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
